We use the basic grading scale, also known as letter grades, with Near Mint being as close to perfect as possible and Poor being in terrible condition. If the item is new, we will say New in the product description. We thoroughly check every item and grade the item to the best of our ability. In the case of DVD’s, VHS, CD’s, etc, we check to see if the item is playable and let you know in the product descriptions about it’s condition, i.e. Plays Fine, Tracking Issues, etc.
